How to survive this moment

$50.00
sold out

This is a hand-printed book made of linocuts that I’ve been working on since early 2025.

Each one is 20” x 15” with a simple staple binding. The binding can be removed if you want to hang them on a wall, just please note (as in the final picture) that if you do that, the images will be slightly off center in each one. (You could certainly trim them if you wanted to.) The book is signed on the back cover and they are not numbered.

Initially, I was just making these for family and friends but I got a great number of people asking me to purchase and ship them. As a result, I’m offering them here, but please read the following points:

  • Because this is hand-printed, there are “glitches” in many of the prints. If you look at the pics here, you can see them — little bumps and places where the ink didn’t absolutely perfectly transfer. To me, this is part of the charm — it’s how you know a human being made this. It means each one is a little different.

  • The paper is also cheap, brown wrapping paper. I did this to be able to sell them as inexpensively as I can. Will this be an heirloom piece that you can bequeath to your children and grandchildren? Probably not. But I wanted to make something quickly and inexpensively that was also handmade, so this is one of the choices I had to make.

Please: if you buy one of these, understand the two points above. I don’t want anyone to be disappointed — but this is what the project is. And to me, the glitches and the cheap paper are part of what make it strong. I hope you’ll agree.

Shipping: I’m sorry shipping is so much!! It’s $12 to ship USA domestically (international folks: I’ll work on getting you some options next) because it needs to be shipped on an oversized tube. It will go to you regular USPS first class mail, no signature required. Please allow at least two weeks to get to you. (If you are in Jersey City and want to buy one, I can arrange for local pickup. Please go to my contact page on this site and send me a message.)

If this sells out quickly, I’ll try to make more available ASAP.
